John Prince Originals, Inc. produces hand-painted wall paper and has been in business for nineteen years. The paper reflects the classical motifs of stone, marble, leather and oriental lacquered paper. Colors and patterns can be custom created according to the client’s design needs. The paper comes in torn pieces, panels and die-cut patterns. Easily installed, this unique wall covering has been applied in a variety of prestigious buildings and fine homes, worldwide. Also, it has been used to create distinctive interiors in private aircraft and yachts.
In 1990, the product was selected, with one other, by the National Wall Paper Guild to be the paper of the nineties, and more recently, the paper was highlighted in Southern Accents as “new to the trade.” The newest collection has been described in Dallas as “new lacquered and wire-stried handmade papers (that) evoke mid-19th century Japanese techniques.” (Paper City, April, 2003)
The company continuously creates new designs with fresh colors to stay current and appealing to the design industry.
